About the Role
This is a full-time position that reports to the Vice President, Counselor Success. This role will be responsible for supporting Uwill’s therapist community across the country through FreshDesk, one-on-one calls, therapist community events, and other work as assigned. This is a collaborative role, working closely with other members of the Counselor Success team to build our team of mental health providers across the country.

Outcome-driven and ability to manage projects and take ownership and initiative
Computer literacy with proficiency in Google suite
Key Responsibilities
Provide detailed support to Uwill therapists on a variety of topics as needed via Freshdesk, email, phone, and other modalities (70%)
Enter, clean, and analyze data related to all Counselor Success community events (10%)
Conduct thorough research and provide recommendations on topics critical to building the therapist experience at Uwill (10%)
Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education and community-building initiatives as needed (10%)
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
0-3 years relevant work experience
Candidates must be able to work from our Natick, MA office at least three days per week, with Wednesdays being mandatory.

Hiring Base Salary Range: $50,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data)
