Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate, Customer Care to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service throughout every stage of the project — from order placement to delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries.

Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Procurement, Logistics, and Accounting) to track order progress and provide accurate updates to clients.

Review purchase orders, shipping details, and project timelines to ensure accuracy and adherence to commitments.

Maintain CRM and ERP records with up-to-date client information, notes, and project statuses.

Support project managers by preparing reports, documentation, and client communication summaries.

Assist with after-sales service, including warranty claims and product replacements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in customer service, logistics, or project coordination a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Monday.com, ERP, or CRM software preferred.
