Our team is seeking a person who is focused, collaborative and consultative to join our growing analytics and insights team. We are looking for candidates who are curious and comfortable distilling qualitative and quantitative insights from data sets in either our New York City or Washington D. C. offices. This person will support social, media, digital, and polling-focused research projects designed around pressing needs from corporations, startups, campaigns, advocacy groups, and non-profits. This person will help with data collection and report production and delivery, including translating analysis into digestible presentations with tactical recommendations that will add value for clients.

Due to the COVID pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of working days.
The salary range for this role is $58,500-60,000.
