    Private Dental Office in Racine Wisconsin is seeking a patient-focused, team-oriented Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. We are committed to delivering high-quality care in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our services include Preventative Care, Cosmetic Dentistry, Emergency Care, Oral Surgery, and Everyday Family Dentistry, allowing our team to provide comprehensive care for a wide range of patient needs.     Schedule: (Flexible)

    • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

    Responsibilities and Requirements:

    • Associate Dentist with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

    • Must possess an active dental license in the state of Wisconsin.

    • Perform routine dental procedures including exams, cleanings, and a wide range of restorative treatments with a high level of clinical precision and patient care.

    • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions, ensuring appropriate and timely intervention.

    • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in alignment with each patient’s needs, goals, and expectations.

    • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and long-term dental health strategies.

    • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

    • Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols, meeting all OSHA and CDC guidelines.

    • Collaborate effectively with the support team, including hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

    • Provide guidance and support to team members when needed, helping foster a positive and cohesive clinical environment.
