Responsibilities and Requirements:
Associate Dentist with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Must possess an active dental license in the state of Wisconsin.
Perform routine dental procedures including exams, cleanings, and a wide range of restorative treatments with a high level of clinical precision and patient care.
Diagnose and treat oral health conditions, ensuring appropriate and timely intervention.
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in alignment with each patient’s needs, goals, and expectations.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and long-term dental health strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols, meeting all OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with the support team, including hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Provide guidance and support to team members when needed, helping foster a positive and cohesive clinical environment.
