Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and create personalized treatment plans • Prioritize and phase treatment to ensure patients achieve optimal oral health • Provide engaging patient education on prevention, function, and total wellness • Use iTero 3D scanning to educate patients and demonstrate treatment outcomes • Explain the benefits of Invisalign and functional improvements in smile alignment • Lead by example and mentor the hygiene team to deliver consistent, excellent care • Collaborate closely with team members and build camaraderie within the practice Qualifications: • DDS or DMD and an active state dental license • Leadership skills (ability to lead our team and inspire patients to improve their health) • 2+ years of clinical experience • Experience with Invisalign, Cosmetics, and CEREC is a strong plus Compensation: $750 - $1,000 daily
