Our dental practice focuses on providing excellent dental services to the community of Bucktown Wicker Park. The details of the job description are as follows:

Compensation:

• 30-33% Net Collections/ $750 per diem rate

• 2023 EOY Production: $1,471,179

Schedule for the Associate Dentist:

• Monday: 7:00 AM - 4:00PM

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 2:00PM

• Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 7:00PM

• Thursday: OFF

• Friday: 7:00AM - 2:00PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Once a month)

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Associate Dentist:

• 1 year of experience as an associate dentist preferred

• Active Illinois state dental license and malpractice insurance

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans for better dental hygiene

• Address and treat dental concerns with the best patient care

• Collaborate with the dental team to create a positive work environment

• Perform cosmetic and restorative dental procedures

• Diagnose bite issues and overcrowding

• Prescribe medications for dental problems

• Capable to treat, diagnose, and educate patients

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Open-mindedness to learning and adapting to new systems

• Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics

• Positive management skills, strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
