About the Role:

Dynamic Dental Wellness in Ashburn, VA is looking for a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a modern, supportive dental environment where your clinical expertise and patient relationships truly matter.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for a diverse patient base

Provide a wide range of general dentistry services including restorations, extractions, and preventive care

Deliver patient education on oral hygiene, treatment options, and long-term dental wellness

Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences

Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and clinical documentation

Uphold strict infection control and OSHA compliance standards

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented practice culture focused on patient satisfaction

Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program

Active Virginia dental license or eligibility to obtain one

Strong clinical skills across general and restorative dentistry procedures

Excellent chairside manner with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
