Our client is a busy, well-established dental practice in Fort Wayne, IN with 10 operatories and a strong, fully staffed support team. The practice is currently fully booked and growing, adding approximately 50 new patients per month.

The Position:
We are seeking a qualified Associate Dentist to join this growing team. This is a great opportunity for both experienced providers and new grads, with strong mentorship available. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and looking for a long-term fit.

• 35% of Collections
• Daily Guarantee for First 3 Months
• Mix of Medicaid, PPO, and Fee-for-Service Patients

Job Requirements

• Active Indiana Dental License or Ability to Obtain
• Medicaid Credentialing is a Plus
• New Graduates Welcome
• Strong Communication and Patient Care Focus
• Desire for Long-Term Growth and Commitment
