The Practice

This is a fully digital, modern office equipped with intraoral cameras, scanners, digital x-rays, and CBCT. Led by a dedicated owner-dentist focused on continual education, the practice maintains a high standard of patient experience and professional excellence.

• Established Success: Generating $2.5 million in average annual revenue with a solid base of 3,500 active patients.
• Steady Growth: Averaging 25 new patients per month.
• Strong Support: Work alongside 4 hygienists and a dedicated clinical team in a 2,500 sq. ft. facility with 7 operatories.
• Payer Mix: Healthy balance of 70% PPO and 30% FFS (0% Medicaid).
• The Opportunity

We are seeking a General Dentist to provide care four days per week. While 2+ years of experience or a GPR is preferred, the practice is open to all experience levels for the right cultural fit.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $180,000 – $350,000 (based on experience) plus production-based incentives.

Benefits: $5,000 annual CE budget, 2 weeks PTO to start, and a health insurance stipend.

Professional Coverage: Liability insurance, professional dues, and lab fees are paid by the practice.
