We’re hiring an Associate Dentist who wants strong earning potential, schedule flexibility, and the freedom to practice at a pace that works for you.

You’ll step into a clinical role serving patients ages 0–20, with a primary focus on operative care for patients ages 8 and older. You’ll have extensive assistant support, modern digital technology, and the flexibility to structure your schedule around your comfort and efficiency.

What makes you a great fit
• You are a DDS or DMD with an active Louisiana dental license
• You’re comfortable treating patients ages 0–20
• You confidently provide operative care to patients ages 8 and older
• You’re comfortable treating younger children when needed
• You can perform simple and surgical extractions
• New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome

Compensation & Benefits
• $800 daily guarantee for the first 90 days
• 34% of adjusted production after ramp-up, or the daily guarantee, whichever is greater
• Option to remain on a perpetual $800 daily rate
