    An Associate Director of Clinical Services (Physician, NP, or PA) is needed in Hollywood, FL.

    Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Hollywood, home to more than 60 parks, seven golf courses, seven miles of pristine beaches, and the one-of-a-kind Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, a promenade that stretches nearly 2.5 miles along the Atlantic Ocean.

    This position provides executive-level clinical oversight while maintaining direct involvement in patient care, ensuring quality services across multiple clinics in Florida.

    Salary and Benefits

    • The salary range is $170,000 to $220,000

    Responsibilities

    • Schedule:
      • Rotational schedule: 1 week in Hollywood, 1 week in Big Cypress, 1 week in Okeechobee, 1 week in Immokalee
      • Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) at home-based clinic / (9am–4pm) at other locations
    • 60% Admin / 40% Clinical
    • Provide executive-level oversight of medical clinic supervisors and the case management team
    • Direct the development of goals, objectives, strategies, programs, and budgets
    • Oversee training programs, safety protocols, and best practices, including test administration and reporting requirements
    • Evaluate efficiency of operations and recommend improvements
    • Provide direct patient care as needed, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services
    • Serve as the Clinical Right Hand of the Executive Director
    • Attend community meetings and functions as required

    Requirements

    • Master’s Degree
    • Clear and Active License in the State of Florida:
      • Physician
      • Nurse Practitioner (NP)
      • Physician Assistant (PA)
    • Minimum of 7 years of healthcare experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and delegation skills
    • Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License
