This full-time position is responsible for leading youth into a relationship with Jesus, connecting them with the church community, and equipping them to serve. It will also include carrying out the Youth Director's vision, delivering large-group messages, leading small-group Bible studies, and helping manage a team of volunteers. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, highly relational, creative environment with tight deadlines and busy schedules. This position will report to the Youth Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Recruit and train volunteers to lead and support Student Ministry Activities;
• Create and foster a fun, safe, and exciting environment for teenagers;
• Plan and manage weekly meetings and special projects, develop curriculum, and share teaching responsibilities with the Youth Director;
• Cultivate positive relationships with students, including school and off-campus activities and extracurricular events;
• Nurture relationships with students' parents and be a proactive communicator;
• Plan and participate in local and out-of-town mission trips, helping students actively engage with community partners and equipping them with tools for a lifelong volunteer journey.
