Handle complex scheduling and insurance issues.

Build ties with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Report team performance, trends, and risks to the Director of Coordination on a regular cadence

Ensure team-wide compliance with regulatory, and insurance-related requirements

Establish and enforce escalation protocols for delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns

    What You Bring

Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing a team of coordinators or similar operational staff

A strong track record of building, enforcing, and improving structured processes and systems
