    About the Role:
    The Woodland Hills office of our client is seeking a talented Employment Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience in employment litigation. This role involves handling a diverse range of employment litigation matters, with a particular focus on California wage-hour class action claims and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and litigate employment-related claims, including wage-hour class actions and PAGA cases.
    • Draft and respond to discovery, initial pleadings, and other case-related documentation.
    • Prepare and argue motions in state and federal courts.
    • Take and defend depositions with confidence and professionalism.
    • Work collaboratively with the legal team and independently to develop and implement effective case strategies.
    • Maintain a high level of client service while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active membership in the California State Bar (required).
    • 2-6 years of experience in employment litigation, with a strong emphasis on California wage-hour class actions and PAGA cases.
    • Excellent academic credentials and a proven track record of success in litigation.
    • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
