Job Description
As an Associate, Enrollment, you’ll build relationships with families and community partners, support outreach efforts across Boston, and use data to strengthen enrollment strategies. You will help connect families to educational opportunities that can shape students’ futures. This role blends community engagement, project coordination, event planning, and operational work, giving you the opportunity to directly influence how students and families experience Uncommon Schools. If you enjoy building relationships, organizing complex work, and helping others access opportunities, this role could be a strong fit for you.

Compensation:
The full compensation range for this role is $65,300–$76,800. Typically, new hires who fully meet all qualifications listed in the job description will start at $69,100. Starting compensation below this reflects candidates with less experience or qualifications. Offers near the top end of the range are reserved for candidates who significantly exceed the qualifications, bringing extensive experience and specialized expertise beyond what is listed.
Compensation determinations consider relevant professional experience and tenure with Uncommon Schools. Additionally, because we value internal growth and tenure, current staff members are not subject to salary caps within this range.
Work Environment:
Uncommon is an in-person organization, with a commitment of at least three days each week in our Boston office. This role also includes travel to schools, community events, and outreach activities across the region.
