Associate Financial Advisor

This entry-level role offers hands-on experience working with clients, supporting senior advisors, and developing your expertise to grow into a full advisor position. Compensation: • Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 (based on experience) • Bonus potential: 5-20% of base salary to end-of-year earnings. • Paid Time Off • Health care benefits (Health & Dental Insurance) • 401(k) Responsibilities: • Support senior advisors with client service, financial planning, and portfolio management tasks • Assist in creating customized financial strategies based on clients’ needs and goals • Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and investment research • Serve as a contact point for client inquiries and maintain excellent service standards • Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios and suggest updates as appropriate • Manage account documentation and transactions using firm systems • Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes • Contribute to client education through seminars and workshops Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred • 1-3 years of experience in financial services or related industry • Required licenses: Series 7 (others such as Series 65, 66, or insurance licenses a plus) • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to providing outstanding client service Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 + bonuses
