At MassMutual Greater Philadelphia, you have the support to grow your business your way, benefiting from a partner who shares your commitment to excellence and forward-thinking solutions Responsibilities: • Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given • Create customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products • Deliver comprehensive financial planning, investment, and insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and expertise. • Leverage MassMutual’s robust network of specialists, including tax, estate planning, business development, and wealth management teams. • Utilize advanced digital tools to manage your business efficiently and provide enhanced transparency to clients. • Maintain all necessary licenses and adhere to compliance standards. Qualifications: • Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is vital • Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required • Proven success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is essential • Experience with computer programs, such as MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is essential • 2+ years of experience as a financial advisor, wealth manager, or related role. • Active state insurance licenses and FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 66 (or willingness to obtain). • Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills. • Commitment to ethical, client-centered advice. Compensation: $70,000
