General Dentist

The Position:
Our client is looking for a General Dentist to join their growing team.

• $140,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
• Health, Vision, Dental
• Short- and Long-Term Disability
• 403(b) with 3% match

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Current Michigan dental license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification

Responsibilities:

• Monday to Friday (7:30am – 4pm) (4-day option also available)
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosing oral health conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Provide restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive dental care
• Review and update patient medical and dental histories
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment options and oral health education
• Oversee and collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient records
• Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Participate in community outreach or educational events as needed
