About the Role:

Join Complete Immigration Solutions LLC as an Associate Immigration Attorney in sunny Orlando, FL! This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice on immigration matters, including visas, green cards, and citizenship applications.

Prepare and review legal documents, petitions, and applications for accuracy and compliance.

Represent clients in immigration hearings and proceedings before government agencies.

Conduct legal research to stay updated on immigration laws and policies.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal strategies.

Maintain detailed case files and documentation for all client interactions.

Assist in the training and mentorship of junior staff and interns.

Participate in community outreach and educational seminars on immigration issues.

Requirements:

Active bar license in Florida or eligibility to obtain one.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

1-3 years of experience in immigration law preferred.

Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for helping clients navigate complex immigration issues.
