    Job Description

    The Opportunity
    As an Associate Key Account Manager at Cint you will manage and grow a portfolio of key US-based and global brand accounts, including Fortune 500 companies. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will build and maintain strong relationships, strategically defend and expand revenue streams, and develop tailored account plans to meet client needs. This role requires a proactive approach to uncovering growth opportunities, addressing challenges, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to the success of both your clients and the growing Global Strategic Account team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    What you will do

    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships: Build and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders at each account.
    • Revenue Management: * Strategically defend existing revenue streams. * Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing accounts. * Negotiate and close complex deals. * Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that outline key objectives, strategies, and tactics for each account.
    • Client Advocacy: * Become a trusted advisor to your clients, providing expert guidance on market research best practices and Cint's solutions. * Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns. * Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaboration: * Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. * Mentor and coach junior Account Managers: Share best practices, provide guidance on client challenges, and contribute to their professional development.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client business needs.
    • Travel: Occasional travel will be required for client-side visits.
    • Office Visits: Willingness to travel to the New Orleans office for onboarding and quarterly team meetings is required

    What we are looking for

    • Recommended 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services within the market research/research-tech industries.
    • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong client relationships.
    • Experience managing complex accounts and negotiating contracts.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in using CRMs.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

    The anticipated pay range for this role is $64,000 to $80,000 annual base salary with on-target annual commission of $32,000 - $60,000. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
