Ratzel & Associates LLC is an insurance defense firm looking to add a motivated attorney in its Brookfield office. We represent insurance companies and their insureds in the defense of a variety of claims, for example: personal injury, property damage, auto accidents, slip and fall claims, and construction and design cases, as well as commercial and condominium and professional liability litigation.

The attorney will perform a wide range of tasks encompassing the full litigation process including:

• Draft pleadings

• Legal Research

• Brief Writing

• Motion Practice

• Depositions

• Trial Preparation

• Try Cases

Qualifications:

• Exceptional research, writing, and communication (verbal and written) skills;

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently;

• Focus on attention to detail;

• High level of professionalism;

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
