We’re seeking a driven Associate Market Sales Account Manager (Associate MSAM) to join our Urology Sales team. In this entry-level, developmental role , you’ll support experienced reps, drive revenue, and build lasting relationships with healthcare providers and clients—all while growing your career in a high-impact, mission-driven field.
The pay range for this position is $50,000-$80,000 salary plus commission. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
As an Associate MSAM, you’ll:
Support existing accounts and expand business in urological and adjacent medical product lines
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in your assigned territory
Conduct customer follow-ups, deliver product samples, and assist with order fulfillment
Execute sales messaging and territory routing to meet revenue goals
Learn and apply consultative selling techniques to uncover new opportunities
Track sales activity and help develop strategic plans for your territory
Required:
Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience (sales, healthcare, service, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory
Preferred:
1+ year of outside sales experience (Urology or medical products preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Consultative sales mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
