    ** Department Summary**

    Universal Products & Experiences’ Multimedia team manages the vision and voice of our leadership and global brand through four key disciplines: pitch and presentation design and messaging, presentation and showcase facilitation, event design, and asset production.

    ** Role Description**

    The Associate Manager, Creative Multimedia works closely with the Senior Managers and Project Management team to execute a variety of creative projects, predominantly supporting our Executive, Franchise Strategy & Creative, and Commercial teams.

    While this is primarily a design-focused role, the Multimedia team’s remit evolves as business needs fluctuate. The ideal candidate possesses a diverse skill set and is excited to build upon what they already know while adding new skills when opportunities arise.

    Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000

    Qualifications

    ** Key Responsibilities**

    • Design and produce presentation and event materials
    • Establish presentation framework/storyboarding for new projects
    • Develop and refine presentation templates aligned with current brand guidelines
    • Adapt and translate existing design systems into functional presentation formats
    • Source and create graphics to enhance presentation content
    • Optimize and organize design files for file stability, efficient access, and version control
    • Provide on-site/off-site presentation support for internal and external partner meetings
    • Stay informed of both industry and design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content quality and efficiency
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in visual communications
    • Demonstrate flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset in responding to evolving business needs within the Multimedia team
    • Attend and support key events, such as Las Vegas Licensing Expo, and other company-sponsored or industry-related events as needed, providing on-site assistance and ensuring smooth execution (Travel is required)
    • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the needs of the team

    ** Basic Qualifications**

    • Design Experience / Education
    • Strong MAC skills including proficiency in Keynote, Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams
    • Able to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Effective communication, active listening, and proactive problem solving
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to travel when required
