    Job Description

    To support its growth, Sia Partners is recruiting a Data Architect Manager with strong expertise in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Engineering and great client communications. You will join the global Data & AI capability at Sia Partners, consisting of 300+ Data & AI professionals located across Europe, North America, and Asia. You will be part of the growing US Data & AI team, focusing on various Data assignments in a variety of business domains.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leading Data Projects: Manage the delivery of Data projects, working across several clients in the US.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and convert them into effective data solutions.
    • Lead the development and implementation of data models, data integration processes, and data governance frameworks.
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all data platforms and systems.
    • Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data architects and data engineers.
    • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data architecture.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of experience in data architecture, data governance, and data strategy.
    • Proven experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and database design.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration tools.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.

    Office Workplace Guidelines
