New York Life is looking for driven, experienced individuals to join our Management Fast Track Program. This specialized path is designed for high-caliber professionals and career-changers who want to leverage their existing leadership skills to build and lead their own team of financial professionals. The Management Fast Track Program is a defined, accelerated path into a non-producing leadership role as a New York Life Partner. To ensure our leaders have the first-hand experience needed to mentor others, the program begins with an initial 12-month field production phase. This allows you to master our product lines and sales processes before transitioning into a salaried management position where you will focus exclusively on recruiting and developing your own team. Responsibilities: • Initial Production Phase (12 Months): Learn New York Life’s product lines and sales processes through active field work. • Performance Goals: Meet specific production requirements within the first 12 months, including $50,000 in First Year Commissions and 30 paid core product cases. • Team Development: Recruit and contract at least one agent while maintaining a candidate pipeline during the transition period. • Licensing & Training: Obtain necessary licenses, including Life & Health, SIE, and FINRA Series 6 or 7, and Series 63. • Ongoing Management: Once promoted to Associate Partner, pivot to a non-producing role focused on the recruitment, interviewing, and mentoring of new agents. Qualifications: Candidates must meet one of the following two qualifying tracks: Track 1: Management Experience • Prior experience in management or business ownership. • Prior income of at least $80,000 (subject to local state and jurisdiction pay equity laws). Track 2: MBA Degree • Completion of an MBA degree within the last two years. • No prior income requirement for this track.
