Upon program enrollment, you can potentially earn a base salary of up to $150,000 per year. Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the recruitment, training, and professional growth of financial professionals participating in the Fast Track to Management Program based in Charlotte, NC, US. • Conduct comprehensive individual and group training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of financial advisors under your supervision. • Provide continuous guidance and assistance to agents as they progress in their professional journey within the program. • Identify and attract talented individuals demonstrating the potential to excel in the management program in Charlotte, NC, US. • Foster a diverse and inclusive team culture to promote success and collaboration among members. • Efficiently utilize both internal and external resources to achieve business objectives effectively. • Strive to advance to higher management positions, such as Senior Partner, Executive Partner, and ultimately Managing Partner of the entire General Office in Charlotte, NC, US. • Engage in continuous professional growth and development through active involvement in the Field Development System and Field Leadership Institute. Qualifications: • To qualify for the Associate Partner - Fast Track to Management Program in Charlotte, NC, US, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience where they demonstrated proficiency in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales deals. • Applicants should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the life and health insurance sector, with a proven track record of completing a minimum of 26 paid cases. • Possession of a valid Life and Health License is a mandatory prerequisite for this position. • Successful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE), Series 6 or 7, & Series 63 within 12 months of joining the program is essential. • Candidates who have previous experience in management or business management will be given preference. Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly
