REQUIREMENTS
• Patent preparation/ prosecution practice.
• Desire to work in a high energy environment geared to providing the highest level of client service.
• A practical understanding of how a patent makes a real-world difference.
• A background in electrical engineering, computer science, or similar background
• A JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Admission to practice before the USPTO and the bar association for the office the candidate will be working in (or willingness to gain admission after hiring).
• Exceptional English written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, a healthy imagination for problem solving, and a desire to pitch-in and help.
• A strong drive and willingness to own projects and see them to completion.
