Job Description:
Patient Care Coordinator

Location: 904 7th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104 (onsite)

Schedule: 6:30 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $24/hr

Role Summary:
Checks patients in for appointments as part of a team of 13-16 patient service representatives focused on patient registration, and works assigned queues to keep registration and billing information accurate.

Day to day responsibilities:

Patient check-in:

• Collects copay, previous balance, and deductible payments
• Handles device drop-offs (sleep study, cardio)
• Provides patient IT support for MyChart pre-registration and check-in
• Provides patient wayfinding

Work queues:

• Eligibility Errors work queue
• RX Hub/Language Mismatch work queue
• Cost Estimate work queue (primary care and lab)
• Botox/infusion real-time eligibility (RTE) checks
• No-show letters (primary care)

Required Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience with Epic, or customer service experience in a related setting
• Additional skills and experience to be discussed with the candidate

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Epic experience (highly preferred)
