    About Us

Village Kids Dentistry is a pediatric dental practice built from the ground up around one goal: making dental visits genuinely positive experiences for kids and the families who bring them. We run a busy, well-organized office and are looking for an associate dentist who shares our standard for clinical quality and patient experience.

    The Role

We're hiring an associate pediatric dentist to join us on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This is a high-volume clinical environment — you'll be running 4–5 columns and seeing 35+ patients per day — so we need someone who is clinically sharp, efficient, and energized by a fast pace.

There's a path toward practice ownership for someone who's the right long-term fit.

    What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, preventive treatment, restorative procedures, and behavior guidance

Manage a high-volume, multi-column schedule (4–5 chairs, 35+ patients/day) while maintaining clinical quality and a calm chairside experience

Administer nitrous oxide as needed for patient comfort and cooperation (no oral sedation or GA)

Build rapport quickly with both kids and parents, communicating clearly and putting anxious patients at ease

Work closely with our dental assistants and front office team to keep the schedule running smoothly

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment planning

    What We're Looking For

    Required:

DDS/DMD with completed pediatric dental residency

Minimum 1 year of post-residency pediatric clinical experience

Active or eligible-for Washington State dental license

Comfort and proven ability to manage a busy, high-volume column schedule

Excellent chairside manner with kids and the ability to build trust with parents quickly

    Experience with nitrous oxide administration

    Not required for this role:

Oral conscious sedation or hospital/GA experience

    Nice to have:

Experience running day-to-day operations including oversight of dental assistants, sterile, inventory, etc.

    Compensation & Schedule

Fixed daily rate, paid per day worked

    Currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Village Kids Dentistry is an equal opportunity employer.
