    IN PERSON POSITION Emery Law Office in Louisville, KY, is hiring an in-person Associate Attorney. We are accepting applications now. The primary responsibilities of our new associate will be to handle pre-scheduled calls with clients, any required statements/EUOs or depositions, drafting demand packages on pre-lit matters, and managing settlement negotiations. Qualifications: Other requirements include the following: • Must be a good-standing member of the Kentucky Bar or signed up to take the July 2025 exam • 2+ years of experience in personal injury law is a plus, but not required • You might be a current or former defense attorney or insurance adjuster who has seen the light and now wants to fight for the little guy? • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Excellent organizational skills • Organized with experience managing a variety of matters and tasks Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 with bonus opportunities
