Rewarding opportunity for a 2 – 5 year associate who is interested in being a part of our passionate, collaborative and hard working team. This is your opportunity to help clients who have been devastated by injuries, whether by accident or negligence. This position is located in Walnut Creek, CA with the potential for some remote, work if desired. The ideal candidate will have experience working on personal injury and/or medical malpractice cases. The Firm primarily represents catastrophic injury victims in the Bay Area but has a Statewide practice and also accepts cases in Arizona.

Preferred background:

Experience in personal injury law and/or medical malpractice law. Must be licensed to practice law in California.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting motions, petitions, and other legal documents
• Managing the case file and managing the client’s case
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Communicating with clients regarding their cases
• Depositions

Salary range between $125,000 - $170,000, plus bonus. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Bonus will be a function of performance. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan, profit sharing plan, paid time off, and sick pay. Some remote work potential.
