    Our established, fast-paced personal injury law firm represents injured plaintiffs in a bilingual (Spanish/English) practice serving the diverse communities of New York City and the surrounding region. We focus primarily on labor law, motor vehicle, and premises liability cases, and we are committed to delivering aggressive, compassionate advocacy for our clients.

    Position

    We are seeking a dedicated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a motivated litigator who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about fighting for injured clients.

    Responsibilities

    Manage a caseload of plaintiff's personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including labor law (Labor Law §§ 200, 240, 241), motor vehicle, and premises liability cases

    Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and responses

    Conduct depositions, court appearances, conferences, and oral argument

    Communicate directly with clients, many of whom are Spanish-speaking, to keep them informed and engaged throughout their cases

    Develop case strategy, evaluate liability and damages, and negotiate settlements

    Handle matters across New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Upstate New York, and Connecticut

    Qualifications

    Admitted to practice in New York (Connecticut admission a plus)

    Prior plaintiff's personal injury experience preferred

    Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred

    Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

    Ability to manage a busy caseload independently while collaborating with the team

    Excellent organizational and client-relations skills

    Schedule

    Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
