Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Associate Planning Analyst to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their skills in forecasting, planning, and data analysis. You will support planning functions across multiple areas, helping drive strategic decisions that directly impact operational efficiency and business outcomes.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of demand forecasts across multiple product lines.
• Analyze historical data and current trends to support data-driven planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, etc.) to gather inputs and align on forecasting assumptions.
• Support the optimization of inventory and supply strategies through data analysis and scenario planning.
• Monitor key metrics and provide regular reporting on forecast accuracy, inventory health, and planning KPIs.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong analytical skills and a natural ability to interpret data and uncover trends and insights.
• High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, ERP systems (such as Acumatica), or forecasting tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute meaningfully from day one.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or retail/supply chain operations.
