    Job Description

    The primary role of the Associate Post Engineer is to support Telemundo's Post-Production environment and work alongside Post Engineering teams throughout NBCUniversal. Key responsibilities encompass managing and addressing client requests, troubleshooting back-end services, and support new and existing workflows. A basic understanding of Avid and Adobe products, on-prem and cloud virtualization, and PCoIP technology is essential. This position requires you to be on-site and involves working nights and weekends on a rotational basis.

    Basic Requirements:

    • 2+ years’ experience
    • BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
    • Basic knowledge of Avid systems (Interplay, NEXIS, Media Central Cloud UX and Media Composer, Protools)
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Blackmagic Resolve, 3rd party plugins support for all applications
    • Understanding of Leostream and Teradici PCoIP Technologies
    • Understanding of network infrastructures (switches, routers, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS)
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user, hardware, and software issues
    • Creation of documentation of systems and procedures
    • Respond to helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow
    • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and schedules
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with others across teams and geographical locations​​​​.

    • Required On-Site : This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite
