    Job Description

    Quotation & Order Review

    • Assist in reviewing quotations, purchase orders, invoice receipts, and payment processes for accuracy and completeness.
    • Support documentation and compliance checks to ensure smooth operations.

    Semiconductor Process & Pricing Basics

    • Apply understanding semiconductor manufacturing processes and pricing structures.
    • Provide support for cost analysis in collaboration with senior team members.

    Payment Support

    • Help monitor payment schedules and assist in ensuring timely transactions.
    • Coordinate with finance teams to resolve minor discrepancies.

    Data Monitoring & Analysis

    • Collect and analyze supplier data to identify trends and performance metrics.
    • Prepare regular reports to support procurement decision-making.

    Database Maintenance

    • Update and maintain supplier contracts and quotation databases.
    • Ensure records are accurate, complete, and easily accessible.

    Ad-Hoc Support

    • Handle additional tasks assigned by management.
    • Provide flexible support across procurement and supply chain functions.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
    • Experience: No prior work experience required; internships or projects in procurement/supply chain are a plus.
    • Language Skills: Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP preferred.
    • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively.

    Additional Information

    The expected annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000/yr . This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities and commission pay. Please note that the final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
