Job Summary
Farmers Insurance – Salt Lake District Office is seeking motivated individuals for our Associate Producer Program. This paid training program is designed for professionals interested in transitioning into business ownership as an Agency Owner upon successful completion.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who may not currently have the resources to start a business on their own but are driven to succeed with the right support.
This is a rare chance to learn the business side of insurance and gain hands-on experience with the full support of our district office.

Responsibilities
Quote and sell insurance policies across various product lines
Call and follow up on warm leads provided by the district office
Conduct outbound and cold calling as needed
Cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers
Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate product knowledge
Attend ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring sessions
Build a foundation to transition into an Agency Owner role
Qualifications
Required:
Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
Ability to pass a background check (credit and criminal)
Preferred:
Prior experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or marketing
Self-motivated and organized with excellent time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
