We're hiring a high-output Associate Producer who can own the full content pipeline — from writing and structuring episodes to editing and distributing clips. This is a hybrid editorial + production + growth role. You'll help shape the voice of the show, ensure episodes are tight and engaging, and turn every recording into high-performing content across platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Writing & Editorial

• Research topics, guests, and trends
• Build episode outlines, talking points, and scripts
• Write cold opens, transitions, ad reads, and segment structures
• Collaborate with hosts to refine tone, pacing, and positioning
• Ensure every episode is structured for retention and shareability

Editing & Production

• Edit full podcast episodes (audio and/or video)
• Cut for pacing, clarity, and engagement
• Assist the Showrunner in identifying and extracting key moments for clips
• Manage file organization, uploads, and publishing workflows
• Maintain consistent production quality and turnaround times

Social Media & Distribution

• Create short-form clips (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Write hooks, captions, and post copy optimized for engagement
• Manage posting cadence across platforms
• Track performance and iterate based on analytics
• Identify trends and adapt content accordingly
