  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    As an Associate Producer, you will support the feature and documentary production team by coordinating logistics, preparing content, and ensuring the timely completion of both long and short-form projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead Associate Producer for all Golf Channel features, documentaries, and digital/social content
    • Support Producers with B-roll, archival requests, and field operations
    • Work in the field with ENG Camera crews, conduct player and feature-subject interviews
    • Prepare content for edits and assist with production planning.
    • Write scripts and produce short-form content for digital and linear platforms
    • Serve as liaison among Sales, Product Integration, Player Relations, and News teams
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of four (4+) years’ experience as a sports television PA and AP
    • Strong knowledge of golf
    • Knowledge of Avid and Adobe Premiere software

    • Willingness to travel and work weekends
    • Storytelling, creative writing and journalism background
    • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, sustain focus on assigned duties and multitask
    • Solid working knowledge of various research sources and methods
    • Passion for sports & statistics, effective communicator, attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment
