About the Role
Uwill is seeking a dynamic Associate Product Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our mental health teletherapy platform. This is a full-time position that reports to the Vice President of Product Management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product strategy, execute on a roadmap that supports business goals, and improve the user experience for clients and providers alike. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on mental health accessibility and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of product roadmaps for 1–2 assigned product lines
Develop clear product requirements and manage product backlog
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to help inform product decisions and measure success
Work closely with Engineering and Design to ensure successful product/feature rollouts
Partner closely with Customer Support to help investigate, triage, and resolve product issues
Identify and help implement AI-driven opportunities that improve both the product experience and internal team efficiency.
Required Qualifications
0-3 years experience in a technical, clinical, or business role where you contributed to the growth of a software or healthcare product
Past experience in a fast-paced, startup (or startup-like) environment
Understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Familiarity with user research, data analysis, and testing methodologies
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, computer science, psychology) or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mental health, teletherapy, or digital health products
Experience with product, analytics, or project management tools
Familiarity with healthcare or mental health industry standards and regulations
Knowledge of regulatory and privacy requirements in healthcare (e.g. HIPAA compliance)
Strong interest in AI-powered products and internal workflow automation

Hiring Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data)
