Now Hiring: Associate Professional — Level III Residential Facility

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Associate Professional to join our Level III Residential Facility team. This position offers room for growth, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth receiving residential treatment services.

Position: Associate Professional Schedule: Approximately 35 hours per week Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience Location: Level III Residential Facility

Requirements: Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should be professional, dependable, organized, and able to work effectively with staff, youth, families, and treatment team members.

Primary Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Assist with new employee orientation

Provide crisis management and de-escalation support as needed

Complete monthly staff supervisions

Ensure daily staff tasks are completed

Review ShareNotes documentation

Review facility logbooks weekly

Assist with intake of new clients

Support staff accountability and program compliance

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Communicate effectively with leadership and team members

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a residential treatment setting, behavioral health, child/adolescent services, or a related human services field. Candidates must be able to model appropriate professional behavior, support structure within the facility, and help ensure quality care and supervision for residents.
