The ideal candidate will excel in working with property owners to find lessors and determine their needs, wants, and economic feasibility. Responsibilities: • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards is being upheld Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Past sales experience is preferred • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • High School Diploma or GED required • Basic understanding of MS Office • This is not a remote job Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 yearly
