Associate Sales Representative Opening

Location: San Francisco, Bay Area - California 

Salary: $70,000 base salary / $140k at plan

Fallstaff Search is hiring on behalf of a high-growth medical device company that’s transforming care for patients. We are seeking a driven Associate Sales Representative to support sales efforts and clinical education in your local territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations
• Educate physicians, therapists, and patients on device use and benefits
• Coordinate patient training, fittings, and device usage instruction
• Support documentation for medical claims and reimbursement
• Assist sales strategy to exceed territory goals
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory 

Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years of B2B, DME, or home medical sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a startup environment
