JourneyTeam is seeking an Associate Solution Specialist to join our Security & Compliance practice. This entry-level role is designed for individuals beginning their career in Microsoft cloud technologies who are eager to develop technical expertise while supporting customers and internal teams.
The Associate Solution Specialist primarily supports managed services (MSP) operations, resolves support tickets, assists with implementations, and learns to troubleshoot Microsoft environments. This role works under the guidance of Solution Specialists and Senior team members while building foundational skills in Microsoft Security, Identity, Device Management, and Azure technologies.
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn. They enjoy solving problems, following processes, and steadily expanding their technical capabilities in real-world customer environments.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 + performance-based bonus program. Eligibility and payout are tied to individual contributions, team performance, and company success.
This is the established pay range for the Associate Solution Specialist roles on the Security and Compliance Practice at JourneyTeam. Final compensation is dependent on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities. In general, new employees can expect to start at the lower end of the range (with opportunity to grow and expand within the organization)
