Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting clients by entering new orders into the system.
• Follow orders through the shipping process
• Answering customer questions, provide information about the products and services available
• Provide administrative support as needed to sales team
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Quick, outgoing and friendly demeanor
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent computer and telephone skills
• Conflict resolution / problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Monday through Friday, normal business hours
