LOAN SERVICING ANALYST

·       Assist executive management team make decisions on advisor lending in DocuSign

·       Work with the VP and SVP on processes

·       Adhere to service level agreements, investigate instances where not met

·       Handle escalations from internal teams and the financial advisors

·       Maintain and enhance internal controls, supporting Internal Audit and Compliance quarterly/annual controls testing

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Effective communication, presentation and writing skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting processes
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Salesforce

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years corporate finance, investment banking experience
