THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ON A HYBRID SCHEDULE WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FROM THE OFFICE ONLY 2 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK!
___THIS IS AN INTERNAL RECRUITER POSITION WITH OUR AMAZING TEAM!_
THE RECRUITER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SOURCING, SCREENING AND REFERRING THE MOST QUALIFIED APPLICANTS TO HIRING MANAGERS WHILE LEVERAGING SOCIAL MEDIA, NETWORKING AND OTHER INNOVATIVE SOURCING TECHNIQUES TO FIND TOP TALENT.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Recruit qualified, mission-driven candidates via a variety of creative methods (i.e. media, job fairs, employee referrals, networking and data mining)
- Establish, cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with management in order to understand recruitment needs and identify skills needed for vacancies
- Conduct daily calls with potential candidates to build pipeline of applicants to meet common and unique staffing needs
- Collect and analyze data and statistics for use in designing recruitment plans and measuring the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts
SKILLS AND ABILITIES NEEDED:
- Must possess a commitment to the belief that all people have the right to dignity, respect, opportunity and full community inclusion
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster relationships with employees at all levels within the organization
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion and creative problem skills are required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required!
- No recruiting experience is required but preferred!
- Microsoft Office Experience
