About the Role:
Are you a high-performing B2B sales professional looking to break into medical device sales? Join a growing team as an Associate Territory Representative and play a critical role in expanding the adoption of an advanced dental laser system transforming patient care.
In this role, you’ll work closely with a Territory Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director, focusing on lead generation, event coordination, and territory support. You’ll drive awareness and engagement through cold outreach, attend local trade shows, and contribute to field-based sales initiatives.
This is a hands-on, field-based role with a clear path toward full Territory Management for those who excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person visits to dental practices
Schedule 8–10 Discovery Discussions per month with qualified prospects
Partner with the Territory Sales Manager to support sales efforts and meet territory goals
Coordinate and attend local events, customer demonstrations, and trade shows
Manage and nurture leads from marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems and meet established KPIs
Key Qualifications:
1–3 years of B2B sales or inside sales experience.
Highly motivated, self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with cold outreach, territory planning, and field-based activity
Coachable and collaborative — must thrive in a team-based environment
Ability to travel within territory
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $65,000
Incentive: Targeted $30,000 annually
Bonus: $5,000
