Associate Territory Representative 

Our client, a leader in dental laser technology, is seeking a driven Associate Territory Representative to partner with an experienced Territory Manager and drive growth in the Miami surrounding area.

This role is ideal for a hunter-minded B2B sales professional looking to transition into the lucrative medical/dental industry. You’ll gain hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to represent cutting-edge technology that’s transforming dentistry.

What You’ll Do

Partner with the Territory Manager to execute a growth strategy for the region

Prospect and generate new dental practice leads through research, networking, and outreach

Support product demos, educational events, and trade shows

Maintain CRM data and track sales activities

Assist in nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

Location: Miami

2+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience

Hunter mentality with excellent communication and follow-up skills

Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in medical/dental device sales

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary: $65K+

Target Commissions: $30K + $5K bonus- OTE $100k+
