    Join Our Team as an Associate Therapist! We are seeking a passionate Associate Therapist to join our growing team. This part-time, hybrid position offers the flexibility to work from home and in the office, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience while making a difference in the mental health field. As an Associate Therapist, you'll work approximately 25 hours per week, balancing client interactions and administrative tasks, all within a supportive and positive work environment. Our mission is to assist individuals, couples, and families in overcoming mental health challenges through a holistic approach, and we are committed to making mental health support accessible to everyone. Responsibilities: Highly independent position with weekly supervision Work with integrity, honesty, and a passion for making a difference Collaborate with a positive attitude and continue learning to improve as a therapist Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized psychotherapy to adults and/or children Trained in at least one evidence-based therapy (EBT), such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, or any other EBP Complete all clinical notes within 24 hours Must be a CA resident and licensed in California Qualifications: Associate number and completion of 1000 clinical hours required (exceptions can be made based on experience) AMFT/ASW/APCC, with a passion for working with children, teens, and adults Ability to identify risk factors for mandated reporting Previous therapy experience required Experience with evidence-based treatment methods DMH experience preferred Experience with diagnosis, safety plans, and consulting with DCFS is preferred Spanish-speaking is a plus Team player with a positive attitude Honesty, integrity, compassion, and empathy Compensation: $35 - $42 hourly
