Our Associate Therapists & Wellness Consultants work under the supervision of an experienced Qualified Supervisor (QS) while developing their expertise, caseload, and confidence in independent clinical work.

    About the Role

    The Associate Therapist & Wellness Consultant (II) position is designed for registered interns/associates who are pursuing full licensure in Florida. This role provides a structured and supportive environment to develop clinical skills while working under supervisory billing with Aetna & Cigna patients. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse client populations while engaging in mentorship, training, and professional development.

    Key Responsibilities

    ✔️ Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed clinician
    ✔️ Participate in weekly supervision with a Qualified Supervisor (QS) to meet licensure requirements
    ✔️ Develop core therapeutic competencies in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and more
    ✔️ Build a caseload with a mix of private pay and Aetna/Cigna clients via supervisory billing
    ✔️ Receive mentorship & structured feedback to develop clinical confidence and competence
    ✔️ Engage in professional development opportunities, including CEUs and licensure support
    ✔️ Participate in Dreavita’s community outreach efforts, workshops, and patient programs

    What We’re Looking For

    ✔️ Must be a registered intern (e.g., RMHCI, RMFTI, RCSWI) in Florida and actively working toward licensure
    ✔️ Eligible for clinical supervision under a Florida Qualified Supervisor (QS)
    ✔️ Strong foundational clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice
    ✔️ Desire to specialize in areas such as trauma, neurodiversity, anxiety, somatic therapy, or other therapeutic approaches
    ✔️ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting
    ✔️ Motivation to learn, grow, and transition into an independent clinical role

    Compensation & Employment Structure

    ✔️ W2 employment with a structured hourly pay model
    ✔️ $43–$48 per session , based on experience and qualifications
    ✔️ 4% annual raises
    ✔️ Caseload flexibility – Build your caseload over time while balancing supervision and training
    ✔️ Supervision provided at no cost to the clinician (meets Florida licensure requirements)
    ✔️ Supervisory billing structure – Work with Aetna & Cigna patients under the supervision of a licensed clinician
    ✔️ Pathway to promotion to Therapist & Wellness Consultant (III) upon licensure ( $52–$62 per session )
