Design and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans focused on cognitive, physical, and emotional development.

Use fun, interactive methods to promote curiosity and creativity in young learners.

    Monitor and Assess Development

Observe toddlers regularly to track developmental milestones and behaviors.

Use informal assessments to identify growth areas and adapt instruction to meet individual needs.

    Encourage Social and Emotional Growth

Support social skill-building through group activities and guided play.

Help children express their emotions in healthy, constructive ways.

    Engage Families and Foster Communication

Provide regular updates to parents on their child’s progress and daily experiences.

Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss milestones, achievements, or concerns.

    Collaborate and Grow Professionally

Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Work closely with fellow educators to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.

    Manage the Classroom Environment

Establish and maintain a predictable, balanced routine that supports learning and comfort.

Use positive guidance techniques to encourage appropriate behavior and resolve conflicts constructively.

    Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, families, and colleagues.

A creative, playful approach to teaching with the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
